When and where are the Exclusive Brownie Weekends?

Caythorpe Court, Lincolnshire 8-10 June (indoor)   £110 + vat
Caythorpe Court, Lincolnshire   8-10 June (tents)  £90 + vat
Windmill Hill, East Sussex 8 - 10 June     £89 + vat
Barton Hall, Devon 8 - 10 June £79 + vat
Court Farm 6 - 8 July £79 + vat
Liddington, Wiltshire     7-9 September      £100 + vat

Who can go?
Brownies and their leaders. (No Guides sorry)

Can Leaders bring their partner / own children?
Yes but they must be able to share with the leader and due to the high number of leaders on these weekends, they may not have leader style accommodation. Please also refer to the Guiding Manual for further details.

Can Young Leaders attend?
Yes but they must be able to share accommodation with Brownies. Please refer to the Guiding Manual for further details.

Do I need a Camp/holiday licence?
No not for the 7 exclusive weekends. The weekends have been developed in partnership with Girlguiding UK and each event has a large scale event licence holder.
When confirming a booking, we will advise you of the name and contact details for the Lead Volunteer at your chosen event.
 
Arrival and departure times
Arrivals are from 4pm on Friday and a hot meal will be provided. If you anticipate arriving after 6.45pm, please advise us.
The programme will finish at 4pm on Sunday. A packed tea will be provided for groups who have return journey of over 2 hours.
 
Programme
A sample programme is available on-line. The exclusive weekends will be a fixed programme. Please note this is subject to change depending on the range of activities available at each centre and weather conditions.

Rooming
Due to the high number of leaders on these weekends, some leaders will be accommodated in child style rooms with up to 4 per room.
Girls may also share accommodation with other units.

Bedding is provided free of charge for all Leaders. Brownies may bring their own sleeping bag/pillow/duvet or hire this when booking (£7.50 + VAT per person).

Caythorpe Court offers the option of tents or indoor accommodation. Tents have solid bases and frame beds with mattresses.
