Ski Representative Training

Everyone who wishes to be a PGL Ski representative must attend one of our comprehensive rep training and assessment courses.

We run several weekend training and assessment courses for our potential Ski Reps during the Autumn, held at a PGL activity centre in the UK.

The topics we cover in all courses are:

Product Knowledge
The role of the Rep
Expectations
Arrival and departure days
Ski fit
Medical and insurance
Evening entertainments
Working with guests
Travel and Transport
Paperwork
Ski School

Throughout your course you will be encouraged to ask questions and make the most of the knowledge of your trainers.
All the courses are informal and we hope to create an atmosphere where candidates feel comfortable about learning from everyone else and also helping each other.

Does the course cost anything?

We don’t charge for our ski training courses but you will need to make your own way to the training venue.

If you successfully complete one of our courses, you will join our pool of reps. Each year we draw reps from this pool to work with groups depending on the suitability of the reps and groups.

Attendance at one of our courses is not a guarantee of work.
