Looking for a Summer Job with PGL?
Contrary to popular belief, we don't actually have a requirement for many additional staff members over the UK school summer holidays (June, July and August).
Our biggest intake of staff occurs during January, February, March and April, with staff typically working until September, October or November.
As the majority of our guests visit as part of a school group, our busiest operating periods are during school term time. In the summer months we change our product offering to cater for children travelling independently with our Activity Holidays and for families with our Family Active Holidays.
This means that our staffing requirements remain the same rather than increase.
If any short-term vacancies arise due to staff movement during the season, we will communicate these via our Recruitment E-News. Any positions that do become available are likely to be within our Catering or Housekeeping Teams based in the UK. We do not have Activity Instructor/Group Leader vacancies for just June, July and August but look for applicants who can commit for a longer period.
