Training

We believe that PGL makes a considerable investment of time and resources into every employee's development within the Company. We operate 4 Royal Yachting Association recognised teaching centres, 17 British Canoe Union recognised centres. Our Apprenticeship scheme is accredited through the Learning and Skills Council and the Open College Network.

We have recently received the Skills Active award for "Achievement in Training" and have been recognsied by the Adult Learning Inspectorate as one of the "UK's Top 50 Employers".

We recognise the importance training plays in ensuring that our staff continue to contribute to the success of PGL. Therefore, we are committed to the continuous training and professional personal development of all our staff.
