For competent French-speakers or graduates of French: Combine leading study tours for visiting schoolgroups around North East France with evening activities and general hospitality duties.

Leading group welcome talks;
Close liaison with party leaders throughout their stay;
Co-ordinating between groups and department heads;
Meeting the group on arrival and conducting welcome briefings with the teachers/students;
Acting as a tour guide on excursions, passing on local historical and cultural knowledge and pointing out areas of interest, offering translation, liaising with reps at destinations;
Organising and delivering a programme of evening activities for your group;
Preparing client accommodation, ensuring high standards prior to the arrival of your group. This includes making beds and general cleaning duties;
Serving evening meals and assisting with associated dining room duties;
Night duty on a rota basis;
Assisting, when necessary, with other departments on centre (catering/ housekeeping/ maintenance);
Respecting and adhering to company guidelines regarding the supervision of guests.
