We offer comprehensive training for this job role, including about the excursion destinations, evening entertainments, customer service, health and safety, risk assessments, soft skills and group dynamics.

You'll also work towards the Level 2 Award in Introductory Work in the Outdoors, as the first level of the PGL Apprenticeship Scheme.
