Reporting to the Guest Care Manager or Senior Group Leader as Head Group Leader you'll be responsible for assisting your line manager in ensuring the guest care department delivers the PGL brochure promise, following guest care standards and procedures and other company operating requirements.

Although primarily working as a Group Leader, you will take on additional responsibility for assisting in the day to day running of the guest care department.
