We have a temporary vacancy for a motivated, friendly Holiday Consultant to join our team during our busiest period.

Key duties of this role include:

  • To participate in maximising guest satisfaction through the provision of a friendly and efficient telephone bookings and administration service
  • To take holiday bookings over the telephone
  • To accurately enter all bookings onto the computerised reservations system
  • To make every reasonable attempt to turn enquires into bookings
  • To ensure an up to date knowledge of all current products
  • To deal confidently with a wide variety of questions and concerns, enabling parents and families to make a booking with full confidence in the product
  • To administer customer correspondence, Insurance Indemnity returns and Internet bookings as requested
  • To accurately process confirmed bookings and ensure that information is despatched to the client at the appropriate time
  • To ensure that all associated administration is carried out accurately and efficiently, i.e. voicemail, email, and faxed enquiries
  • To ensure that all payments are collected on time
  • To actively maximise the use of the Agile telephone system to produce the best results in Customer Care and Bookings
  • To undertake evening and weekend telephone sales and emergency travel cover duties as required
  • To complete various administrative tasks as directed by the Administration and Reservations Manager
