Full training will be given, but the successful candidate will be/have:

• Confident, with a mature outlook
• A pleasant and effective telephone manner
• The ability to empathise and communicate effectively with a range of different customer types
• Experience in a customer-facing role (essential)
• The job would suit someone who enjoys working in a busy customer-facing office environment
• Computer literate, with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel
• Ideally, a proven track record within a sales environment
