Lisa RobertsonLisa says: I take bookings for our activity holidays for unaccompanied children and Family Active holidays. This means answering telephone enquiries and replying to emails from potential customers, attempting to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
I also do the administration for the bookings I take. I've learnt a lot about our centres so I can answer questions.
Aside from work, I've made lots of new friends through PGL since moving to Ross-on-Wye.
