Based at the Head Office in Ross-on-Wye, the Adventure UK Reservations Team are responsible for handling all UK Adventure course bookings from start to finish ensuring that each trip run as smoothly and successfully as possible.

Working in a vibrant, open plan office, you will play a crucial part in the continued growth and success of PGL.

Our Adventure UK department generates revenue in excess of £30 million and as a Reservations Advisor you will be liaising with teachers, youth group leaders and uniformed groups (such as cubs, scouts, guides, and brownies) to facilitate their bookings.

Most of the contact you'll make will be over the phone which can often be challenging, given the busy schedules teachers have to work to.

Alton Court, PGL Head Office

PGL's head office is based on the outskirts of the small riverside town of Ross-on-Wye. The location is significant, as the local Rive Wye is where the founder of PGL (Peter Gordon Lawrence) led his very first canoe trips in 1957.
