Sailing Instructor

Introduce our guests to the basics of sailing in Southern France and Spain. Excellent RYA training and development opportunities.

If you are applying to start in May or June 2008, you will need to already hold at least your RYA AI or DI award. Applications for our 2009 roles and RYA Training Course (held in April 2009) will be accepted from October onwards.

Our Sailing Instructors deliver group taster sessions in sailing as well as helping to organise and participate in evening entertainments.

This is a fantastic opportunity to share your love of sailing and the outdoors with our young guests.

To work as a Sailing Instructor you do need to be to a minimum of the Royal Yachting Association (RYA) Assistant Instructors award. Other useful qualities are enthusiasm, willingness to learn and lots of energy! You'll pick up numerous transferable skills for your CV including group communication, confidence, resourcefulness and how to handle situations as they arise.
