Jamie Skinner, Club Mimosa

Jamie says: I’m on my work experience placement at PGL as part of my BTEC National Diploma in Outdoor Activities from Sparsholt College. I’ve also worked with PGL in the UK and have progressed to head my own team of instructors. Through the team, I ensure the smooth running of the group’s holiday every week.

I’ve developed my people skills at PGL and gained some friends for life. I’ve also had management experience through team leading. With my course and practical experience, I would like to become a Chief Instructor at PGL.
