Tour Organiser

We are looking for someone to work within our School Tours department who is highly organised with a good command of French and excellent customer service skills.

The School Tours department run an extensive programme of educational trips for schools and groups to many destinations in Europe and the UK.

As a Tour Organiser, you will assist with the organisation and co-ordination of our Continental group bookings.

Based in our Head Office in Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire you could join this small, well established team who are responsible for booking hundreds of exciting educational tours for schools and groups each year.

In practise, this varied role involves liaising with hoteliers, booking tickets to key tourist attractions and places of interest, liaising with PGL's Travel and Transport Team, and making sure Party Leaders/Teachers are kept fully updated and that their requests are met.

Educational visits to our destinations will be required to familiarise the successful candidate with PGL's products, operations and locations.
