Tour Organiser

As a Tour Organiser at PGL's Head Office, you will be responsible for liaising with our school group guests travelling to key destinations throughout Europe, ensuring that their trips are planned to perfection.

• Handling telephone calls for schools bookings, correspondence and all associated administration.
• Making transport arrangements for each group as required.
• Maintaining a comprehensive file on each group and updating the computer system
• Chasing, collecting and administration of all payments and arranging payment to our suppliers where necessary.
• Assist the field sales team with any information they require to sell tours to new groups
• Ensuring that centres, hotels and operations staff are given up to date information about all groups travelling
• Proactively seeking repeat business from existing customers

The successful candidate will also be required to join the emergency cover rota.

For emergency cover we provide an emergency mobile phone number for school groups to use outside of office hours. This phone is carried by individuals within the team for a week at a time.
