Tour Organiser

As a Tour Organiser at PGL's Head Office, you will be responsible for liaising with our school group guests travelling to key destinations throughout Europe, ensuring that their trips are planned to perfection.

The job would suit someone who enjoys working in a busy customer facing, office environment.

Full training will be given but the successful candidate will be confident, with a mature outlook and a pleasant and effective telephone manner, with the ability to organise and administer their own work.

All applicants should be computer literate with some Word/Excel experience. Some experience in a customer-facing role would be an advantage.

A good command of spoken and written French and the confidence to use it frequently on the telephone is an important pre-requisite for this role.
