As a Tour Organiser at PGL's Head Office, you will be responsible for liaising with our school group guests travelling to key destinations throughout Europe, ensuring that their trips are planned to perfection.

Successful applicants with take part in a thorough and extensive induction programme that will cover:

PGL's In-House computer reservation system
Our centres, products and courses (including centre visits)
The phone system
Booking process, procedures and paperwork
Other training courses regularly run for people within the department include:

Understanding the customer
Sales methodology
Self awareness and team dynamics
Personal effectiveness and time management
In addition to these,, there will be the opportunity to work towards an Apprenticeship in Customer Service at Level 2 or 3.
