Terry Sturmey, Osmington BayTerry says: I decided to work for PGL because I really enjoy working with children and youths and I wanted something chellenging, so PGL seemed the perfect place to work. My current job entails some of the maintenance and all of the security within the PGL centre, I also occasionally adopt the guest care role and deal with any issues that the guests have. Solving guests' problems can be very rewarding. Whilst I've been at PGL I have been given the opportunity to take part on a First Aid training programme and am now a qualified First Aider. I have finally found a job which I recieve great satisfaction from because of working in a great team and also working with children and youths of all ages. Working with PGL has influenced me to go on and work with children in the future. My aim is to become either a youth leader or a children's counsellor.
