Share your love of the outdoors with our guests! We'll train you to deliver taster sessions in our core activities including high and low ropes, climbing and the infamous PGL challenge course.

The most popular job at PGL! If you're full of energy then is the role for you: combining instructing and group leading, you'll lead activity sessions, organise evening entertainments and ensure your group has the best stay possible.

- Bar Manager

Look after our on-site bars for guests and staff. Initiative for increasing profits and previous retail experience is desired.
- Catering Manager

As Catering Manager you will take on full responsibility for the running of the entire catering operation. You will be involved in menu planning, budgeting, staffing, health and safety, quality control and food hygiene.

Providing first class nutritious meals for our guests and staff team is no easy task, especially when you realise at some centres this could involve the preparation and serving of more than 3,000 meals a day!

As a Chief Instructor you will lead by example. You'll be an excellent team manager and have a passion for making sure that session and activities are delivered to the highest possible standard.
- Driver/General Assistant

- Retail Assistant

Things have certainly moved on from lunch time "tuck shops" and our retails outlets are now professionally run operations. From stock taking to stacking and from scanning to serving; these roles would suit people with previous retail experience.

Guest safety is always at the forefront of our minds. Our Security Assistants ensure that people and deliveries on centre are properly checked in. With a pleasant and welcoming smile, you'll make sure that the centre is safe and secure 24 hours a day.

This is a challenging yet fun role which combines the delivery of our core activities along with the delivery of PGL's guest care programme. You'll need plenty of energy, enthusiasm and have a great sense of humour.

Our Head Chefs are responsible for the overall on-site catering provision of their centre, ensuring that the catering team are producing nutritional, varied, balanced and tasty meals.
- Head Group Leader

If you've got first class customer service skills and can demonstrate a passion for multi-tasking then this is for you. You'll lead a team of Group Leaders and oversee everything from evening entertainments, morning wake ups and keeping the kids busy between sessions.

Responsible for the day to day running of our guest care department, this role involves close liaison with teachers, overseeing the evening entertainments programme and managing a team of Group Leaders.
