Specialising in paddling or sailing, you will be highly skilled in your discipline and will be responsible for the safe delivery of watersport sessions and the training and development of watersports instructors.

Combining several different roles on a rota basis, General Assistants take responsibility for the presentation of the centre and the organisation, storage, issue and care of all PGL's activity equipment.

Ensuring that our guests have an excellent experience with us involves bringing together a whole range of factors. You'll need to make guests are happy with their catering, accommodation, evening entertainments and session delivery.
