- Assistant Chief Instructor

Helping the centre's Chief Instructor to oversee the activity provision, health and safety requirements and team of instructors. A great first step into management.
- Assistant Chief Instructor (Watersports)

Specialising in paddling or sailing, you will be highly skilled in your discipline and will be responsible for the safe delivery of watersport sessions and the training and development of watersports instructors.

To ensure our centre offices run like clockwork. Opportunities in the UK and for French and Spanish-speakers at our overseas centres.
- Activity Instructor

Share your love of the outdoors with our guests! We'll train you to deliver taster sessions in our core activities including high and low ropes, climbing and the infamous PGL challenge course.
- Canoe Instructor

Get paid for doing what you love - share your passion for paddling with our guests, leading taster sessions or river descents, in either Southern France or Spain. Fantastic UKCC training and qualification opportunities available.

The Centre Manager takes responsibility for the day-to-day running of the centre. You will oversee the delivery of the PGL guest care brochure promise, in accordance with both company and legal operating standards.

We have roles for Drivers in the UK and also abroad on a seasonal basis - this includes general driving duties such as running errands, moving equipment and transporting staff.

Combining several different roles on a rota basis, General Assistants take responsibility for the presentation of the centre and the organisation, storage, issue and care of all PGL's activity equipment.
- Catering Assistant

Help to prepare and serve meals for our guests. Fantastic training opportunities available - no previous experience is required! Many of our Head Chefs joined us in this role, progressing on our Apprenticeship programme.

This is a challenging yet fun role which combines the delivery of our core activities along with the delivery of PGL's guest care programme. You'll need plenty of energy, enthusiasm and have a great sense of humour.

Take charge of the catering operation at our centres in France and Spain, heading up a team of Chefs and Catering Assistants and preparing meals for our guests.

Keeping on top of things when there are hundreds of children passing through your centre week after week is certainly a challenge. You could be painting rooms, building fences, fixing leaky taps and changing plugs ... all in the same day!
