Loch Ranza
Loch Ranza, on the Isle of Arran is PGL’s specialist Field Studies centre, catering for a wide range of courses including Geography, Geology, Biology and Environmental Science. Ardrossan Harbour, is less than 1 hour by rail from Glasgow and the ferry crossing to Brodick takes approximately 55 minutes. Exciting outdoor activities are also available.
With an enviable reputation as one of the finest field studies centres in the British Isles, Loch Ranza Field Centre is magnificently located on the Isle of Arran.
The Centre can cater for the needs of students of all ages. Carefully structured courses in geography, geology and biology meet the requirements of all examination boards and can be adapted to suit your own course needs
