Take ICT beyond the classroom, using the residential education and adventure experience as the inspiration for creative ICT learning. Where possible, ICT course themes are directly linked with adventure activity sessions.

ICT modules are combined with half-days of adventure activities. Modules include:


  • Data logging and analysis
  • Recording sound and composing
  • Theory and practice of animation
  • Virtual car design and racing
  • Robotics and control
  • Plan, shoot and edit a short film
  • Production of poster ads with digital camera shots
  • Querying a database to solve a case
  • Creating a multi-media presentation

Little Canada

On the Isle of Wight, minutes from the Fishbourne ferry, Little Canada is located in 48 acres of beautiful woodland on the banks of Wootton Creek. The centre offers distinctive log cabin style accommodation and a diverse range of indoor and outdoor activities. ICT and Field Studies courses are available in addition to Multi-Activity courses.
