French Language Detectives
Modular and activity based - these courses give the best choice of balancing study with local visits and outdoor activities. Several versions of the course are available, corresponding to national curriculum levels.
The Language Detectives Courses are our most popular language courses and are based at our centre in Normandy.
They are modular courses - each module allowing for a mix of abilities and including optional extension activities to stretch abler pupils as well as ample practise to encourage and motivate the less able.
Course 1: corresponds to MFL National Curriculum levels 1 - 4.
Course 2: corresponds to MFL National Curriculum levels 3 - 6.
Course 3: Preparation for GCSE.

Only 1 hour from Calais this small and friendly centre at Hardelot on the Opal coast is an ideal base for Primary groups. Originally a 19th century hotel, the location lends itself particularly well to historical interest excursions, being within easy reach of battlefields from Agincourt to WWII.
