Loch Ranza
Loch Ranza, on the Isle of Arran is PGL’s specialist Field Studies centre, catering for a wide range of courses including Geography, Geology, Biology and Environmental Science. Ardrossan Harbour, is less than 1 hour by rail from Glasgow and the ferry crossing to Brodick takes approximately 55 minutes. Exciting outdoor activities are also available.
Loch Ranza is a specialist Field Studies centre and offers a whole range of Field Studies courses suitable for all levels.
Most groups dedicate their entire stay at the centre to field study.
There is also a range of optional outdoor activities - available at the centre as half-day activities. These activities are supervised by our trained staff and are mostly available at an additional cost.
