Dalguise

Located just north of Perth and within 1½ hours drive of Edinburgh and Glasgow, the centre at Dalguise consists of an 18th century mansion within 50 acres of grounds, in a stunning loch, forest and mountain setting.

The mansion house and its mock-Gothic tower are surrounded by beautiful grounds containing formal gardens and shrubberies, lawns and mature woodland. The house and lodges provide accommodation whilst the magnificent baronial hall serves as an entertainment and activities facility.

Dalguise used to be the holiday home of Beatrix Potter and was the inspiration for some of her stories.

The activities at Dalguise make the most of the beautiful natural setting and take place in and around the forest which surrounds the centre. Kayaking is on Loch Tay, Perthshire's largest loch.
