Friday
PM - Arrival & orientation.
Evening - Dinner & Intro to Cheerleading.
Saturday
AM - Cheerleading workshop; moves & motions, jumps & tumbling, spirit games, chants & cheers.
PM - Adventure Activity session, workshop with cheer dance & stunts.
Evening - Teambuilding activity.
Sunday
AM - Warm up, Recap of learning so far, Adventure Activity session.
PM - Building a routine, practice & performance.
Evening - depart after dinner.
