Prato Nevoso

Prato Nevoso forms part of the Mondole ski area on the north-western side of the Maritime Alps.

The resort caters particularly well for beginners, with easy runs both at altitude and at village level and good progression. There has been a lot of investment in the lift system and some of the new lifts are the moving carpet style - ideal for beginner groups. Intermediates have a good choice of wide, open runs and plenty of skiing both above and below the treeline. 

As the home of the Italian Snowboard Club Prato Nevoso is also an excellent choice for snowboarders  -  the snowboard park is rated as one of the best in Italy.
