FlexiSki gives you all the features and quality of a PGL ski trip at the best possible price. You simply need to be a little bit flexible about your choice of ski resort and we’ll guarantee you a great deal.
How does FlexiSki work?
- You make a provisional booking, telling us whether you prefer a large or a small resort in either Austria or Italy (we will do our utmost to accommodate your preference for either country).
- Later in the year (October for February bookers, Christmas for Easter bookers) we will confirm the specific ski resort and accommodation of our choice which we have allocated for you and your group.
- Bookings must be for the ‘peak’ departure dates at half term and Easter. (For 2013 these dates will be 15-17 February and 29- 31 March.)
What are the advantages?
- The low price – we always price Flexi Ski lower than if you had selected the resort yourself at the brochure price.
- No surcharges for small groups – your Flexi Ski booking is valid for a large or a small group – so there are no small party supplements to pay!
FlexiSki for small groups
Not only is Flexi Ski a great way to save money, it is also available to groups of any size. This means it is a great choice for smaller groups. If you regularly struggle to fill a coach or have had your proposed trip cancelled in the past due to lack of interest then our Small Group Flexi-deal is a great choice for you.
How does it work?
- Small Group Flexi-deals are for groups of any size; we will never turn a group away for being too small.
- We will find a suitable school to match you with. You’ll share the coach, ski school and the services of your PGL rep; you will technically be treated as one group, however room allocations for the two groups will always remain separate.
- We will contact you (in October for February bookers, Christmas for Easter bookers) to confirm your destination and the group we have found to travel with you. We will provide contact details of the other group’s Party Leader, so that you can communicate with them before you travel.
- As a basis for matching you with another group we always consider your location in the UK, (to aid pick-ups), the age of the group and the requirements of the Party Leaders
What are the advantages?
- You can launch your trip, secure in the knowledge that you won’t have to disappoint or surcharge those pupils that sign up.
- It’s the ideal solution for launching your first ski trip when it may be difficult to gauge the commitment of pupils. Many teachers find that, following one successful trip, further ski trips gain considerably in popularity.
- Many schools, having met their ‘twin group’ through us, go on to book trip after trip in partnership with the other school and build up a great relationship.
