Mount Toubkal Ascent: Morocco

Duration: 8 day / 7 night tour

The Mount Toubkal trek is a classic mountain challenge, but leaves time to explore the ancient walled city of Marrakech.

The trek takes you into the High Atlas, sampling the hospitality of the hardy Berber people, before making a short, nontechnical but tough ascent to the summit of Jebel Toubkal - North Africa’s highest peak at 4165m.

Participants need some previous mountain-walking experience but amazing rewards are guaranteed!

Accommodation: 2 nights in a hotel, 1 night in a village house and 4 nights camping.

Walking Grade: Strenuous (Often at altitude and can involve several ascents and descents over the day. A higher level of fitness is required for this trip).
