Cheerleading

One of the UK's fastest growing sports is now at PGL - our cheerleading workshops are fast and energetic with a focus on participation and performance.

PGL has teamed up with FitPro™ to deliver contemporary dance in fun and productive weekend workshops for students in years 7-11.

Football

If you are a teacher who wants to encourage motivation and build team spirit of your young footballers, there is little to beat a weekend at one of PGL's popular football tournaments!

Netball Weekends

Do you want to improve the teamwork, fitness and motivation of your netball players? A residential netball weekend at PGL is the answer - including a netball tournament as well as access to adventure activities.

Rugby Weekends

A residential rugby weekend will allow your players to mix and train with pupils from other schools under an RFU coach.

Multi-Activity in the UK

With over 50 activities to choose from, our Multi-Activity residential courses feature up to four activities per day. Courses can vary from 2 to 7 days; sessions promote teamwork, problem-solving and communication.

Ardèche Adventure

The breathtaking Ardèche Gorge provides the perfect environment to introduce young people to a wide variety of superb activities including canoeing, kayaking, caving and climbing.

Atlantic Watersports

The ultimate range of watersports on the sea, an inland lake and even the rivers of the Pyrenees. This course offers watersports from surfing to white-water rafting!

Dordogne Descent

Based at Hameau-les-Ages, PGL’s own exclusive, self-contained hamlet near to Brive, the Dordogne Descent allows groups to enjoy a 2 day river descent and take advantage of our widest selection of land-based activities and watersports.

Mediterranean Watersports

Sun-drenched beaches and the warm Mediterranean Sea provide the backdrop to our Mediterranean watersports programmes. Based at our Spanish partner centre on the Costa Brava your group will enjoy a fantastic activity programme and quickly gain new skills.

Two Centre Adventure

Our most popular overseas adventure combines three days of Mediterranean Watersports with the exhilarating three-day canoe decent of the Ardèche Gorge.
