Welcome to the PGL Teacher guide


Making a booking with PGL couldn’t be simpler and our Customer Service Team is on hand to help and give advice every step of the way.

Your arrangements will be personally looked after by one of our experienced Customer Support Team.

Checklist for teacher guides

  • Make a No Obligation Provisional Booking

    To make sure you get the dates and centre you want, call us on 0870 405 4455, or talk to one of our Educational Travel Advisers to make a no obligation provisional booking. We will then reserve the space and send you a Booking Form plus any further details you need to proceed with your reservation.

  • Advertise your Chosen Course

    You will receive a provisional booking pack containing your Booking Form and a range of promotional material to help promote your trip. The pack also contains a Party Leader Booking Guide which details each stage of the booking process, and provides you with tips, support and answers to frequently asked questions.

  • Confirm the Booking
    Return your completed Booking Form with first deposits for each paying member of the party. You will be emailed a link to your booking details on 'My PGL' where you can download useful forms and view your booking information.

  • Interim Payment
    An interim payment per paying person is due 8 weeks after the first deposits.

  • Final Balance
    The final balance is payable 8-10 weeks prior to departure. Four weeks before travel, providing payment and paperwork have been received by PGL, we will forward your final travel details, itinerary and luggage labels.
