Cheerleading

One of the UK's fastest growing sports, cheerleading is an ideal activity for girls who lack interest in PE and more traditional sports.

Day 1
Afternoon- Arrive in time for evening meal and orientation.
Evening - Introduction to Cheerleading.

Day 2
Morning - Moves, motions, jumps & tumbling, spirit games, cheers & chants.
Afternoon - Climbing, then cheer dance & stunts.
Evening - Great egg race & Disco night.

Day 3
Morning - Warm up & recap, then Giant Swing.
Afternoon - Build routine, practice & perform.
Evening - Depart after evening meal.
