Our Dance, Netball and football courses are aimed specifically at teenage girls to help maintain enthusiasm during the difficult years! Use the course to introduce a new activity to the girls, or to inspire older girls and clubs.
Our sports weekends are about inspiration and teamwork. Your group will leave their residential weekend on a high, and with much enhanced team spirit.
Dance Weekends with PGL

• Weekend dance workshops
• Learn basic street and urban style moves
