Albatros, Côte d'Argent

PGL Partner Centre: Nestled between the Altantic Coast and a superb inland lake, Albatros is located near Biarritz. If you have ever dreamed of the perfect watersports centre we believe we have discovered it for you!

Barton Hall, South Devon

Beam House, North Devon 

Beam House is located in North Devon. The building is a 17th century country house set in its own grounds. The Tarka Trail Cycle Route runs close by and an excellent range of beach activities is available at nearby Westward Ho!

Boreatton Park, Shropshire

Situated near Shrewsbury, 1½ – 2 hours drive from Birmingham, Manchester and Liverpool, Boreatton Park has recently undergone a £1 million upgrade including the addition of a new sports hall. Standing in 250 acres of superb grounds with a variety of quality accommodation.

Camping la Clapière, Southern French Alps

Set amid pine trees on the shore of Lake Serre Ponçon in the Southern French Alps our centre occupies a private, self-contained section within a fully equipped 4-star campsite.  Its Alpine and lakeside position provides the backdrop for an excellent range of activities including white-water rafting.

Caythorpe Court, Lincolnshire 

Caythorpe Court near Grantham, Lincolnshire is a Grade II listed mansion house set in 50 acres of grounds. In addition to purpose built accommodation blocks there is a wide range of facilities including classrooms, sports hall, playing fields, drying rooms and a man-made lake.

Château de Grande Romaine

Situated just 20 miles from Paris the Château de Grande Romaine is the ideal base from which to explore France’s capital. Students share 4-6 bedded ensuite rooms and amenities include excellent study facilities and an outdoor heated pool.

 

Château du Tertre

Located at the crossroads of Normandy, Brittany and the Loire, the recently refurbished Château du Tertre provides an authentic experience of France whilst retaining the benefits of friendliness and security that are PGL’s trademark.

Club Mimosa, Languedoc Coast

Our centre occupies a superb site at Valras on the Mediterranean’s Languedoc coast and is the perfect base for watersports. The site is fully equipped for camping in comfort and is used exclusively by our staff and guests for Mediterranean Watersports and the Two Centre Adventure.

Court Farm, Wye Valley

Court Farm comprises a group of converted stone farm buildings overlooking the River Wye in Herefordshire. An ideal location for canoeing on the Wye, the centre has its own private launch on the river.

Domaine de Segries, Ardèche

Just 5 miles from the start of the Ardèche River descent, Domaine de Segries offers the perfect location for your stay in the Ardèche. Set in extensive wooded grounds the site offers a range of accommodation including en suite chalets and excellent facilities including an outdoor swimming pool.

Dalguise, Perthshire

Located just north of Perth the centre at Dalguise consists of an 18th century mansion within 50 acres of grounds, in a stunning loch, forest and mountain setting. The house and lodges provide accommodation whilst the magnificent baronial hall serves as an entertainment and activities facility.

Hameau-les-Ages, Dordogne 

Hameau-les-Ages occupies an entire, unspoilt hamlet set in 20 acres of private grounds near Brive in the heart of the Dordogne region. All activities take place on or near to the centre making it an excellent choice for all age groups. The lovingly restored complex includes a social area, bar and an indoor theatre.

Hillcrest, Wye Valley

Ideally suited to younger age groups, Hillcrest stands in three acres of grounds close to the river Wye near Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire. Facilities include a basketball court, floodlit playing field and pupils’ common room. Water based activities are available at PGL’s private lake nearby.

La Fosca, Costa Brava

PGL Partner centre: La Fosca is set amongst rocky coves and sandy beaches on the Costa Brava, 30 miles from Gerona. PGL has 4 tented villages within the site, fully equipped with excellent facilities. The site features an Olympic size pool, indoor bar, supermarket, disco and games area.

Le Pré Catelan, Opal Coast

Only 1 hour from Calais this small and friendly centre at Hardelot on the Opal coast is an ideal base for KS3 groups. Originally a 19th century hotel, the location lends itself particularly well to historical interest excursions, being within easy reach of battlefields from Agincourt to WWII.

Les Abricotiers, Languedoc Coast

PGL Partner Centre: Our new partner centre on the Languedoc coast, with a fantastic mix of sunny beaches, mountains and historical towns within reach.

Little Canada, Isle of Wight

On the Isle of Wight, minutes from the Fishbourne ferry, Little Canada is located in 48 acres of beautiful woodland on the banks of Wootton Creek. The centre offers distinctive log cabin style accommodation and a diverse range of indoor and outdoor activities.

Llwyn Filly, Brecon Beacons

Llwyn Filly is a pretty converted stone farmhouse situated 4 miles from Hay-on-Wye. Its small size makes it ideal accommodation for younger groups. The centre is ten minutes walk from PGL Tregoyd House which is used as the main activity base.

Loch Ranza, Isle of Arran

Loch Ranza, on the Isle of Arran is PGL’s specialist Field Studies centre, catering for a wide range of  courses for 10-18 year olds including Geography, Geology, Biology and Environmental Science . Ardrossan Harbour is less than 1 hour by rail from Glasgow and the ferry crossing takes approx 55 mins.

Lou Valagran, Ardèche

Lou Valagran is a woodland side, bordered by vineyards and the beautiful River Cèze. The area has an excellent climate and good transport links to nearby attractions and is just an hour from Nimes and 90 minutes from Montpellier.

Nodes Point, Isle of Wight

PGL Partner Centre: Next to Bembridge Bay near Ryde on the Isle of Wight, this centre is available midweek only. This lovely location boasts some of the best coastal scenery on the island and some of the safest beaches in England.

Marchants Hill, Surrey 

Situated near Hindhead, Surrey and within easy reach of London and the M25, Marchants Hill boasts 45 acres of spacious and tranquil grounds. Recent additions include en suite two-storey lodge accommodation, sports barn and common room.

Osmington Bay, Dorset

Located at the heart of the Dorset World Heritage coast, Osmington Bay comprises a 45 acre site with its own private beach. A popular centre for watersports as well as offering a comprehensive land-based activity programme.

Shorefield Country Park, Hampshire 

PGL Partner Centre: On the South coast near Milford-on-Sea, 2½ hours from London, Shorefield Country Park is  close to the beach, has an impressive range of facilities and is available midweek only from May to July.

Tregoyd House, Brecon Beacons

Located at the foot of the Black Mountains approximately one hour from Cardiff, Tregoyd House is an imposing mansion where Lord Hereford once lived. The centre offers an excellent combination of watersports and land-based activities in beautiful surroundings.

Whitecliff Bay, Isle of Wight

PGL Partner Centre: Situated near Bembridge on the Isle of Wight, Whitecliffe Bay offers chalet style accommodation, indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools, direct access to a sheltered, sandy beach and a range of land-based activities on site.

Windmill Hill, East Sussex

A new centre opening in May 2009, located on the Sussex Downs only 2 hours from central London, with brand new lodge accommodation and activity bases. Windmill Hill was previously a tennis and golf academy.

Winmarleigh Hall, Lancashire

Close to Preston in Lancashire, Winmarleigh Hall is a Victorian estate set in 50 acres of gardens, parkland and woodland.The Forest of Bowland lies nearby - a designated Area of Natural Beauty.
