The imposing main building and cottages were once the summer home of Beatrix Potter.

All guests sleep in the purpose built lodges in the grounds which have 6-8 beds, their own showers and toilets. As well as a new lodge in 2009, we are adding another 2 brand new lodges for 2010.
Also, our recently converted stable block 'Craigvinean Lodge' is now open and provide en suite accommodation.
