Making a booking with PGL couldn’t be simpler and our friendly Customer Service Team is on hand to help and give advice every step of the way, from your initial enquiry until your return home from your trip. To make sure you get the dates and centre you want, call us on 08703 800 236 and talk to one of our Travel Advisers to make a no obligation provisional booking. We will then reserve the space and send you a Booking Form plus any further details you need to proceed with your reservation.
You will receive a provisional booking pack containing your Booking Form and a range of promotional material to help promote your trip. The pack also contains a Party Leader Booking Guide which details each stage of the booking process, and provides you with information, tips, support and answers to frequently asked questions.
Confirm the BookingReturn your completed Booking Form with first deposits for each paying member of the party. You will then be emailed a link to your booking details on My PGL. This is a secure, password-protected section of our website where you can view all your booking information and download useful forms.
Interim Payment An interim payment per paying person is due 8 weeks after the first deposits.
