Making a booking with PGL couldn’t be simpler and our friendly Customer Service Team is on hand to help and give advice every step of the way, from your initial enquiry until you return home from your trip.

Your booking arrangements will be looked after personally by one of our experienced Customer Support Team at Head Office who will be on hand to offer any assistance needed.
To make sure you get the dates and centre you want, call us on 0844 371 1220, or talk to one of our Educational Travel Advisers to make a no obligation provisional booking. We will then reserve the space and send you a Booking Form plus any further details you need to proceed with your reservation.
You will receive a provisional booking pack containing your Booking Form and a range of promotional material to help promote your trip. The pack also contains a Party Leader Booking Guide which details each stage of the booking process, and provides you with tips, support and answers to frequently asked questions.
Confirm the BookingReturn your completed Booking Form with first deposits for each paying member of the party. You will be emailed a link to your booking details on My PGL this is a secure, password-protected section of our site where you can view all your booking information and download useful forms.
Interim Payment An interim payment per paying person is due 8 weeks after the first deposits.
