Whether it’s a school camp or group residential, we know how to bring out the best in young people. We’re the UK’s biggest provider of outdoor adventure camps and we’ve gone down under to bring a little PGL magic to Victoria and Queensland.

PGL Campaspe Downs - Located on the outskirts of the Macedon Ranges, close to Kyneton and an hour’s drive from Melbourne, PGL Campaspe Downs is set amid 160 acres of natural bush land. Local attractions include Hanging Rock, Organ Pipes natural Park and Mt Macedon National park, as well as historic Townships and museums.

PGL Kindilan - Just 45 minutes from Brisbane, PGL Kindilan occupies a beautiful, 220 acre bushland site in Redland Bay, zoned a Conservation Area in South East Queensland. A range of options provide accommodation for 180, from Kindilan House itself, to our unique roundhouses and lodges.

PGL Camp Rumbug is located in the majestic hills of South Gippsland, two hours from Melbourne’s CBD and set in 200 acres of glorious temperate rainforest overlooking Wilsons Promontory National Park. Accommodation comprising a total of 260 beds in two purpose-built buildings.

If you are thinking about the next step in your outdoor career and want a new challenge then working with PGL in Australia could be the opportunity you have been waiting for. PGL’s Australian centres are developing fast and this is your chance to help support PGL Australia during an exciting period of growth.

We’re looking for Activity Instructors, who have either worked for PGL in the past or have alternative outdoor experience with supporting qualifications, to help us with our annual peaks in bookings from August through to December and January to May.

We generally have two intakes per year but occasionally require staff at other times.

As an Activity Instructor you will help us deliver the activity sessions and give our guests a fantastic experience of PGL. This is a great opportunity to share your love of sports and the outdoors with our young guests whilst expanding your CV, gaining valuable experience and enriching your knowledge of the outdoor industry.

We have a mix of contracts from full time fixed term to casual contracts at both of these beautiful outdoor centres, allowing you to get the right balance of work and exploration.
