Taking ownership for the Administration, Retail and Finance functions our Senior Administration Department are responsible for delivering results whilst leading and developing their individual teams to continually strive for improvements.
PGL’s Senior Administration Department carry out a variety of different tasks to assist with all aspects related to financial, administration and retail management at our centres. We’re on the lookout for great communicators, who are organised, and who have a proven track record in effectiveness. Members of the Senior Administration Department are required to work closely with all departments on centre and at Head Office to ensure all administration tasks are completed to the highest standard.
Exceptional customer service skills really are the name of the game, whether that’s communicating with external suppliers to ensure the smooth running of the bar, shop and housekeeping departments, or providing leadership, support and training to PGL’s staff the Senior Administration Department provide the highest standards of customer care, while maintaining the highest levels of staff retention and development.
