Two Centre Adventure
for Brownies and Guides
The river and the sea
A dream for watersports lovers – our two centre adventure offers so much for young people.
It’s our most popular overseas trip – and with good reason. Two Centre Adventure gives you the widest range of watersports, with half your time spent on the Med and the other half enjoying the attractions of the Ardèche – including, of course, the 2 day river canoe descent.
Your Guides and Brownies can benefit from British Canoeing and Royal Yachting Association awards; they’ll explore the stunning landscape of the Ardèche and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the Med. It’s a thrilling experience, packed with action and supported by our expert instructors.
But it’s more than just the experience and skills on the water – you’ll be amazed to see how your girls grow, how much of a difference you’ll see, in a little over a week.
You’ll spend around three-and-a-half days at each location. The transfer between the two centres takes about 3 hours, and most groups use the transfer day to enjoy a local excursion opportunity.
Descent of the Ardèche River
It takes two to three days to cover the 19 mile canoe descent of the Ardèche Gorge. There’s the chance to camp out by the river overnight on our optional overnight bivouac or transfer back to your centre at the end of each paddling day.
Watersports on the Med
Girls will learn to sail a variety of craft in half-day sessions including catamarans, windsurfers and sit-on kayaks.
As the day’s activities finish, there’s more to come with a full programme of evening entertainment led by our enthusiastic team.

We’ll inspire an enthusiasm for acquiring skills, for the outdoors and for healthy pursuits in general.
