How to book
Making a booking with PGL couldn’t be simpler and our friendly Customer Service Team is on hand to help and give advice every step of the way, from your initial enquiry until your return home from your trip. Your booking arrangements will be personally looked after by a member of our experienced Customer Support Team.

You will receive a provisional booking pack containing your Booking Form and a range of promotional material to help you promote your trip. The pack also contains a Party Leader Booking Guide which details each stage of the booking process and provides you with information, tips, support and answers to frequently asked questions.
You will then be emailed a link to your booking details on MyPGL. This is a secure, password-protected section of our website where you can view all your booking information and download useful forms.
Return your completed Booking Form with first deposits for each paying member of the party.
An interim payment per paying person is due 8 weeks after the first deposits are paid.
(Interim payments are not required for trips in the UK)
The final balance is payable 8-10 weeks prior to departure. As soon as we have received your final balance and party information, we will forward your final travel details, itinerary and luggage labels.
Payment details may differ for special arrangements such as the Brownie Exclusive Weekends.
