The Hotel Schulga is located in the village of Steindorf, beside the beautiful Lake Ossiach and in the mountainous Carinthian region of Austria.

The ski area of Gerlitzen is only 9km from Steindorf and there is a free ski bus to the lifts if required. The ski area offers skiing up to 1911m. The four mountain lakes nearby provide water for the extensive snow-making facilities which ensure excellent winter conditions all season.

Steindorf has a small number of shops, bars and restaurants, and a couple of supermarkets as well as a cinema and a large indoor ice stadium. The larger town of Villach is not far from here and worth an evening visit.

Groups are accommodated on a full-board basis, with a packed lunch provided to be taken onto the slopes. There is a large dining room where breakfast and dinner are served buffet-style.

The hotel is a good quality three-star hotel with 80 beds.

Students are accommodated mainly in 4 bedded rooms and party leaders in twin rooms.

All rooms are light and modern with en suite facilities and TVs.

You may be charged a damage deposit on arrival.
