About Gasthof Wieshof

The Wieshof is a three-star hotel located on the waterfront of the Zell am See lake, just outside the small town of Thumersbach, close to the Zell am See hospital.

The hotel has two large dining rooms which can be used by the group during their stay. The hotel also runs a traditional bar where teachers can relax. Accommodation is on a full board basis, with a packed lunch provided to eat on the slopes. Breakfast is buffet-style and there is a three-course evening meal with a salad buffet.

A 5-10 minute coach ride takes you into the centre of Zell am See, where you can take the CityXpress gondola to access the Schmittenhöhe slopes.

Alternatively you can start from the Areitbahn in Schüttdorf, which is 15 minutes away by coach.

Accommodation

The Wieshof has 66 beds in 27 rooms, all with en suite facilities.

The rooms are of a very good standard and are all equipped with a telephone and a TV. The majority of rooms have a balcony, with views over the lake to the Hohen Tauern and the Kitzsteinhorn glacier.

You may be charged a damage deposit on arrival.
