About Jugendhotel Striedlhof
The Striedlhof is a pleasant, purpose-built Youth Hotel and was refurbished in 1990 to a high standard.
From the Striedelhof, the Flying Mozart lift is a 5-10mins drive. The beginner slopes are located adjacent to the lift. The group starts its week here. Groups can then take the Flying Mozart lift and access more challenging slopes in Flachau.
There is a good skibus link to the Grafenberg, so that the group can spend a day heading to Alpendorf and back. Later in the week, the group can head to Alenmarkt, Flachauwinkel and Zauchensee. They should however aim for this later in the week, as Zauchensee offers less skiing for beginners.
The Striedlhof can accommodate up to 70 people with pupils in multi-bedded rooms with private facilities.
Party Leaders are normally accommodated in twin en suite rooms.
Towels are supplied.
Hot lunches can be provided instead of a packed lunch if requested in advance.
You may be charged a damage deposit on arrival.
There is a comfortable entrance hall with a traditional tiled stove, leading to a large dining room.
Facilities include a sauna, a Party Leaders’ common room and a TV and video room. The heated ski & boot room is in the basement.
A safe is available for storage of valuables. A pay phone is located on the ground floor.
