The Administration Department ensure the smooth running of our centres through first class administration support.
Often the first point of contact at centres, the Administration Department provide a diverse service to a range of centre teams, external suppliers, guests and PGL's Head Office. Efficiency, organisation and communication skills are key to working in the Administration Department. It is vital that all administrative tasks are carried out accurately and in a timely manner so that PGL’s centres are able to provide the very best experience for our customers.
Our Administrators also focus on the welfare of PGL staff on centre and can include assisting with staff arrivals and departures, inductions and uniform management. The Admin Department works closely with all departments both at centres and at Head Office to ensure all administration is completed to the highest standard, ensuring data protection and compliance. We are looking for people with exceptional customer service skills to work alongside others in the Admin Team to provide support to all departments and all staff.
