PGL’s Senior Maintenance Department offers the opportunity to work with a highly motivated group, in a professional, friendly and supportive environment while making positive contributions to the presentation of our centres. The responsibility for some of the essential auxiliary functions at centre, including its aesthetic appearance and general upkeep, is a critical component of ensuring high levels of maintenance and, ultimately, creating a positive PGL experience for our customers and staff.
The Senior Maintenance Department engages in a wide range of tasks including the overseeing of equipment provision, making sure resources are maximised, keeping up high levels of cleanliness throughout, and employing safe systems of work relating to Health and Safety. Experience of self directed work with an ability to prioritise effectively, competence in producing and delivering training, and a passion for putting the customer of the heart of everything you do is crucial in delivering the Maintenance Senior Departments objectives.
