For young people, teachers, group leaders and parents, PGL is the UK’s leading outdoor education provider, delivering inspirational learning through adventure. We are currently looking to recruit an ambitious General Manager at Boreatton Park

Boreatton Park, our activity centre located in the heart of the Shropshire countryside, is a 250-acre centre, offering a massive choice of holidays and accommodation, as well as great facilities, and can accommodate 1000+ Guests and 300+ staff.

We are looking for an exceptional candidate who demonstrates vision and leadership, along with a proven track record of delivering the highest levels of customer service and margin performance. Drawing on your previous management experience, you will be confident in creating and delivering plans, that are clearly aligned with PGL’s long term strategic aims. We are looking for a values driven General Manager who can embrace the PGL values and implement them through their work.

With your detailed knowledge of relevant Health and Safety legislation and processes you will help us maintain our strong culture of safety at Boreatton Park.

It is also desirable that you have previous experience of forecasting and managing large budgets with the financial acumen to drive and achieve financial targets.
