We need someone brilliant to take responsibility for our Compensation and Benefits. We want to transform our approach to how we reward our people and we need your help to do that.
This role reports into our Group HR Director, so you have a phenomenal opportunity to be seen, be listened to and be heard. You’ll be the person that will be able to use your experience of pay, to give direction on bonus and commission schemes, and to review what we are currently paying our people. This means a review, recommendations and implementation.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
PGL's Head Office is based at Alton Court, on the outskirts of the small town of Ross-on-Wye in Herefordshire. Up to 170 people work at the site and as a result, PGL is one of the town's key employers. Alton Court is a sociable, energising place to work.
