We are looking to appoint a Reservations Supervisor, to provide support to a growing, successful customer focused Reservations team who are experiencing a growing number of customers.
PGL's Adventure UK department benefits from a strong senior team, who work collaboratively to identify ways of improving customer service and department efficiencies. The successful candidate would join this team and contribute ideas as well as being key in their implementation.

This role is all about understanding our customers’ needs and balancing these with the needs of the team to ensure the team are motivated, developed and supported in order to deliver a best in class customer experience.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering on customer service expectations and pre-travel results, ensuring the effective planning and prioritisation of workloads to improve the customer experience and increase rebooking rates;
- Developing and supporting a high performing and engaged team whilst continuing to create an open culture that encourages continuous feedback with both the team and customers;
- Developing a “better, faster, simpler” ethos within the AUK Team to deliver an exceptional customer service experience and a positive work environment;
- Continually looking to improve processes and procedure, taking ownership of issue resolution.
The successful candidate will have effective communication skills and an ability to remain objective under pressure.
